In this episode this week, we discuss why it is so important to understand your triggers and why they may be happening. We dive deeper into understanding the various forms of internal as well as external triggers and we also discuss the need to be real and vulnerable with what you're feeling and processing in order to "embrace the suck." In doing, so we can process things more logically and even reject the ideas of turning to self-destructive behaviors that keep us addicted as opposed to striving for sobriety and healing!
